Account and access support
If you are a parent or legal guardian and are unable to access your Destina Edu account, please contact your child's school first where the issue concerns your authorised access, student linking, or school-managed information.
You may also contact destinainfotech@gmail.com for technical assistance with the App.
Privacy and data questions
For questions about how Destina Edu handles personal information, please review our Privacy Policy or contact us at destinainfotech@gmail.com .
Requests concerning the underlying student records should be directed to the relevant school because the school is the source of record and controls those records.
Reporting a child-safety concern
If you believe a child is at risk or that the App has been misused in a way that could harm a child, contact destinainfotech@gmail.com with the subject Child safety report.
You can also review our Child Safety & Children's Privacy page for additional information about reporting and handling child-safety concerns.
If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or the appropriate child-protection authority first.
